The house is in a quiet location a few minutes walk to the beach. Well equipped, stunning views and plenty of room. The view from the lounge is stunning. Great sunsets and we saw dolphins.

Our third visit didn’t disappoint. Amazing holiday home in a beautiful location that suits us perfectly. Well equipped with everything we need.

The Whitehead family 14th – 21st July 2026 All the ingredients for a perfect holiday. Fantastic, well equipped property in a perfect location close to amenities but with spectacular sea views. Our first stay in Cemaes, we enjoyed the walks from the door along the coastal path and exploring the North of Anglesey. Fabulous weather, we swam in the sea most days. Dec 25 – New Year 26 Amazing visit to your fabulous house. Thank you. We have had such a fantastic stay, with lots of windy walks, yummy food and fun games. Can recommend the Sea Shanty at Trearddur Bay and the Oyster Catcher at Rhosneigr. The sea was wild today! 1/1/26 Would love to come back in the summer for a swim. The house has everything we could have needed, with lots of top-end touches of delight. The hamper was much appreciated by the humans & the dogs. Thank you — we’ve loved it. Family Stubbs & Sharps x

Scholes June '24 Beautiful property in the most amazing setting. We cannot believe how quiet it is here - the house martins & seagulls the only sounds. Very comfortable bed & top notch facilities & welcome pack. A house for all seasons & we had them all whilst we were here! Thank you Mich & Andrea & Jez

Thomas, Neath, Hurley family August 2025 Such a delightful stay. The views are astonishing. The home is full of little extra touches of love and we immediately settled in. So clean, so beautiful and so well-appointed in every aspect. Could not have asked for more and we certainly want to return. Particularly poignant for Michael who used to visit Cemlyn Bay as a child thirty years ago. We visiting the farmhouse that he stayed at and had a couple of beautiful walks/rock scrambles at that coast. Supper at "The Ring" pub was wonderful. Thank you so much
